Septic Solutions® Shipping Details

Septic Solutions® offers fast and free same day shipping on most of our items within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any International Destination will require an extra shipping charge. These charges can be calculated in the online shopping cart or you can call us toll free at 1-877-925-5132.

Free Shipping on Marked Items

All items marked with the free shipping logo above or have FREE SHIPPING in the listing are eligible for our FREE SHIPPING promotion. This FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING option applies to business days, as most shipping carriers do not pick up or deliver on weekends or Holidays. Most orders will be delivered between 1 to 4 business days from the the day the order was placed. Items will ship via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail at our descretion.

Shipping Carriers

Septic Solutions® ships via FedEx and USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail at our discretion if Free Shipping is the selected option. Most items weighing less than 1 lb will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Some small items such as air filters and miscellaneous small parts may ship First Class Mail. Most items weighing over 1 lb such as septic air pumps, will ship via FedEx. In special instances items may ship via another carrier or via a freight truck. If the item ships via a freight truck, it will be explained in the product listing.

Same Day Shipping - Shipping Transit Time

Most orders will ship the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 pm CST. Items shipping via FedEx generally are delivered within 1 to 4 business days of being shipped (see map below for exact transit time). Items shipping via USPS Priority Mail generally will be delievered within 2 to 3 days of being shipped. Although these are normal transit times, these times are not guaranteed. There are upgraded shipping options available with guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Most of our items are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail FREE of charge within the contiguous United States. If shipping on the item is free it will be noted within the description of the item. If an item does not qualify for free shipping (septic tank risers, etc.) then shipping charges are calculated via LIVE FedEx rates by the shopping cart.

Upgraded Shipping

If an item has free shipping, it ships via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to upgrade to quicker shipping, please see the options in your cart when ordering or call us at 1-877-925-5132 for a quote. Upgraded shipping applies only to business days and does not include Saturdays or Holidays.

Shipping To Alaska and Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires an extra charge. Please select the FedEx Ground shipping option in the cart instead of the Free Shipping option in order to see this charge. If the Free Shipping option is left selected you will be notified that an extra charge is needed to ship your order.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to Canada, Europe, Australia and many other countries around the world. You will be charged the additional shipping to your country and will be responsible for any and all duties and fees charged to get the products across the border. We ship via FedEx and USPS Mail to international destinations. Please email or call us for a shipping quote.
