Free shipping is to the Contiguous United States only.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: IMPORTANT!

When will your order ship?
Most UPS Orders Placed before 11:00 a.m. CST will be shipped the same day.  UPS Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. may still ship same day or will ship the following day.  Items that ship USPS Mail will ship same day if ordered by 3:00 p.m. CST.

How will your order ship?
All air pumps and most other items weighing over 1 lb. are shipped via UPS Ground (3-5 business days).  Saturdays and Sundays are not calculated as a business day.

Most diaphragm kits and other small parts weighing less than 1 lb. are sent USPS Priority mail (2-3 days).

How much will shipping cost?
The majority of our items are shipped UPS Ground (3-5 business days) FREE of charge if within the contiguous United States. Some items are shipped via USPS Mail.  If shipping is free it will be noted in the item description. All other shipping charges are calcuted via a LIVE UPS rate which is automatically calculated when ordering. 

If free shipping isn't noted, simply put the item in your shopping cart and before checking out, it will show you the total including any shipping charges or taxes.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be an additional charge.  You may select upgraded shipping in the cart; however, upgraded shipping isn't guaranteed to certain cities in Alaska.

Can I upgrade to quicker shipping?
Please note: If the item has free shipping, it comes UPS Ground and if you wish to upgrade to quicker shipping, please see the options in your cart when ordering.  Upgraded shipping does not include Saturdays or Holidays.  For any other questions regarding our shipping policy, please call us toll free at 1-877-925-5132 or email us at jodi@septicsolutions.net.

International Shipping:
International shipping is available to Canada and other areas.   You will be charged the additional shipping to your country and will be responsible for any duties and fees charged to get the products into your country.  We ship via UPS or USPS Postal Service.  Please email or call us for a shipping quote or if you are in Canada, you may place your order online and the additional shipping fees will be added to your credit card.
