Our Policies
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior approval. If you have a product
to be returned, please call us first at toll free 1-877-925-5132. Products
may be returned within 30 days of purchase order date for a full refund
(excluding shipping costs) if returned in unopened box. All returned merchandise
must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging
and paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement item.
Should you choose a refund, we will credit the cost of the merchandise
according to your method of payment. Return shipping charges must be prepaid
and are not refundable. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items
purchased from Septic Solutions, Inc.
Warranty
Claims
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product
manufacturer. All products are warranted against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase unless
otherwise specified on product information sheets. In no event shall Septic
Solutions be liable for any consequential damages or any labor, material,
freight or expense required to replace, correct, or reinstall the product.
Septic Solutions' liability is limited to repair or replacement of the
part. Warranty sheets must be returned to ensure valid warranty. All warranties
are void if the product has been improperly modified, applied or installed,
subjected to misuse or abuse. Except as stated herein, there are no warranties
express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or warranty
of fitness for a specific purpose. Please contact Septic Solutions prior
to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
Damaged
Shipments
If an item reaches
you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Septic Solutions
at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless
you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do
not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must
be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
Shipping
Procedures
Most items will be shipped via U.P.S. Smaller lightweight items may arrive
by parcel post. Larger items cannot be shipped UPS as noted but can be
shipped via a truck with the customer's approval.
Privacy
All transactions are 100% secure. Under no circumstances is your private
information shared with other organizations. We pledge to honor your privacy
in every way we can.
