A
strategically located access lid allows for visual and/or
physical inspection of not only the inlet, but the outlet as well. This
very important feature is designed to minimize the amount of time necessary
for any work done inside the main plant - so simple, but yet so ahead
of it's time!
Our unique,
all in one housing mounted on top of the tank
near the access lid places the main Aqua Safe components where they are
easily accessible. The compressor, control panel, and alarm are mounted
inside the specially designed housing placing these components at the
serviceman's fingertips. While adequately providing proper ventilation,
this housing also amply weatherproofs these components.
The specially
designed alarm and control box enables
the serviceman to turn your Aqua Safe on or off at the unit, so the need
to get into your home is greatly reduced. This alarm will alert the homeowner
if for some reason the pressure drops on the compressor or if the water
level inside the main plant gets high. This assures the homeowner that
their system is functioning properly.
Our Aqua
Safe units provide fine air diffusion through 4 diffusers located
quarterly inside the tank. Included is our patented design of fine air
diffusion above the plane of the clarifier. This provides even distribution
of oxygen throughout the plant enabling bacteria to thrive at whatever
extent is necessary.
Our linear
air pumps provide a more than ample supply of air while being very
inexpensive to operate. This pump uses less electricity than
that of a 100 watt light bulb and runs extremely
quiet.
Our versatility
is second to none as we have an aerobic wastewater treatment plant for
every application - whether you need fiberglass or concrete tanks, a 500
gallon per day unit or a 1500 gallon per day unit, or something in between.
Perhaps you want a 300 or 500 gallon pretreatment or pump tank - no problem,
we have it!
Our structural
design is definitely the best in the industry. The strength
of our fiberglass units far exceeds what is required.
